Ad Personam manages public health and care services for elderly people in Parma District. In the five municipalities ( Parma, Colorno, Sorbolo, Mezzani e Torrile) where Ad Personam operates, live almost 50.000 elderly and than 15.000 hiked.
It is foreseen that by 2030 the Greats Old will be double or triple than in 2010. Today “ Ad Personam” manages directly 6 residential care and 2 day care services.-
There are 421 places in residential care services and 35 places in day center services.
The staff is composed from nurses, physioterapists, health and social workers (282), leaders and coodinators (23), animators (7) administrative office (23) workers and drivers ( 24), managers (3) Psychologists(2).
ASP’s aims is to contribute to defend and protect elderly people who live in Parma District and particularly people who are not physically or mentally frail. Adults who are in difficult conditions and can be compared to elderly people with physical and mental problems.
ASP ‘s scope is to organize and offer social services, health assistance and above all, residence, part time residence, and home assistance.
Beyond care elderly not self sufficient, the mission of AD Personam is:

To support policy of improving the status of senior citizen, encouraging health lifestyles and valorizing the residual skills and capacities.
