SZL Seniorenzentren Linz GmbH provides homes for the elderly.
We care for more than 1200 elderly people in 10 homes in Linz/Austria.
We have more than 1000 coworkers and our total revenue is about 70 mio € per year.
e care for 1.200 people and about 80% of them are suffering from dementia disease at different levels.
We are transacting two divisions in our houses where we are highly specialised in caring for people with dementia disease at higher level.
We hope to develop our knowledge in the field of caring for people with dementia disease within the project and share our experience in this field with other participants. We have key persons with experience in caring for elderly people with dementia disease and persons withe experience in managing and developing organizations which care for those people.
The CEO will be directely involved in the project development:
Gunter Bauer, Ph.D in development of social organisations, University of Klagenfurt, with a strong academic and professional background in elderly care. Expert for social policies at the Committee of Regions and at the European Parliament.
Trainer for social managers and workers with supervision and coaching.
